Biography[]

Early Life[]

Noah MacManus emigrated from Ireland to New York City with his father, Jacob MacManus, in the 1950s. They worked a leather shop with several other Irish Americans. Noah befriended a young Italian immigrant named Louie. One day, New York City mobsters walked into their leather shop demanding assistance. When Noah's father refused to work with the mobsters, they brutally murdered him in front of Noah's eyes. Louie, who worked at the leather shop as well, was out getting lunch and returned to find Noah mentally scarred by the whole experience.

Revenge and Vigilante Career[]

Noah swore revenge on his father's murderers. With Louie's help, he tracked down the mobsters and killed all who were responsible. This act of vengeance was only the start of Noah MacManus' mafioso killing spree. Noah and Louie used their leather making skills to create Noah's famous leather vest that has multiple holsters to hold six guns at a time. With Louie's help, Noah began taking down the Sicilian Crime Syndicate known as 'La Cosa Nostra' (Italian for 'Our Thing'). Louie would do the research and the planning and Noah would do the killing.

Family[]

Noah married a woman named Annabelle and fathered two fraternal twin brothers, Connor and Murphy. He was not there to raise them due to the fact that it was too dangerous for them if his enemies found out about them as well as Noah being incarcerated.

Incarceration[]

After Noah did a significant amount of killing Mafiosos, he went outside after one of his killing jobs to see that the police were there waiting to arrest him. It is later revealed that Louie had secretly been a member of an Italian crime family, unbeknownst to Noah, and that he had used Noah the whole time to destroy their competition. Louie thought that he no longer needed Noah, so he informed the authorities of Noah's latest job and Noah was arrested and sentenced to 25 years to life in prison.

Parole[]

The Yakavetta Mafia Family had employed Noah, who was only known to them by the name 'Il Ducé' (translates to "The Duke"), whenever they needed to eliminate one of their own Mafia Family members. They had only hired IL Ducé three times in 30 years. When the Yakavetta family was being killed off by The Saints, under the direction of a Yakavetta Family numbers runner named 'Rocco' who was The Saints' best friend & was tired of the way he was being treated by his Mafia Family, the Yakavetta Family Mafia Boss Guiseppe Yakavetta aka 'Papa Joe', with the help of his father's retired Underboss Augustus Distephano, found out that 'Il Ducé' was serving 25 years to life in prison. Papa Joe pulled some strings to get Noah paroled from prison in order to kill Rocco & The Saints, even though Papa Joe didn't know The Saints were helping Rocco.

Reunion with his Sons[]

Later, after an intense shootout between The Saints and Noah, none of them knowing that they were father and sons as Noah had never seen photos of his adult twin sons nor had The Saints seen a recent photo of their father, Noah MacManus found The Saints performing the family prayer on their recently murdered friend, David Della Rocco. Noah immediately recognized the prayer and joined midway. The MacManus brothers then knew it was their father, as the prayer was a very personal thing, written by their family, passed down through the years and never taught to anyone else. Once they reunited, the MacManus family went to kill the Yakavetta family's boss, Papa Joe while he was on the witness stand in the middle of a court proceeding and then fled to Ireland.

Reunion with Louie[]

Noah's sons went back to Boston to seek revenge on the people who framed them for the murder of a local priest. Noah later discovered that it was his old friend Louie, now a high authority to all Italian mafia crime families, who framed the MacManus brothers so that he could bring Noah to him. Noah eventually found Louie and was able to finally ask Louie after all these years, why he set him up to be sent to prison. Noah and the brothers then participated in a shoot out with several Italian mafiosos who were protecting Louie and who were there to take out Noah and his sons. Noah was fatally shot during the shootout but after all of Louie's bodyguards were taken out, Noah's sons helped him get to where Louie was sitting so Noah could take his final revenge and eliminate Louie. Noah died looking up at his sons and the sky while in both of his son's arms. His final words were, "Look! Look, boys! It's so beautiful! It's a beautiful day."
